Responsible Gambling

AURUM7 is meant to be entertainment, never a way to make money or escape problems. Most people play within their means — but for some, gambling stops being fun. This page explains the tools we give you to stay in control and where to turn if play stops feeling like a choice. Talk to us any time at [email protected].

Tools to stay in control

You can set any of the following from Profile → Settings. Limits apply immediately when lowered; an increase only takes effect after a cooling-off period so a decision in the moment can't be undone in the moment.

  • Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Loss and wager limits
  • Session-time reminders (reality checks)
  • Cool-off (short break: 24 hours to 6 weeks)
  • Self-exclusion (6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanent)

Taking a break & self-exclusion

Need to step away? A cool-off locks your account for a short period (24 hours up to 6 weeks). For a longer break, self-exclusion closes access for 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanently.

During self-exclusion we will: close active sessions, stop all marketing to you, refuse new deposits, and decline attempts to open a new account we can link to you. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the period ends, and at the end it does not lift automatically — you must actively ask to return, after a final cooling-off period. Any cleared cash balance is returned to you, subject to KYC/AML checks.

To self-exclude immediately, use the tool in Settings or email [email protected] with the subject "Self-exclusion request".

Protecting minors

You must be at least 18 (or the legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to hold an account. We verify age at registration and through KYC, and we will close any account found to belong to a person under age and void any winnings.

If a minor has access to your device, please use parental-control and site-blocking software (such as Gamban or GamBlock) to keep gambling sites off shared devices.
