Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of AURUM7 (the "Service"). By creating an account, depositing funds, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them in full, do not use the Service. Questions: concierge@aurum.casino.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to open an account.
- You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where participating in online sweepstakes / casino-style entertainment is lawful. You are solely responsible for confirming local legality before using the Service.
- You must not appear on any sanctions list (OFAC, EU, UK, UN).
- One account per person, per household, per device fingerprint and per IP. Duplicate or shared accounts will be merged or closed at our discretion and any balances may be forfeited.
- Employees, contractors and immediate family of Aurum7, its suppliers, payment processors and game providers may not participate in promotions or sweepstakes prizes.
Your account
- You are responsible for the security of your account credentials (password, two-factor authenticator, passkeys). Activity carried out under your account is treated as carried out by you.
- We may require identity verification (KYC) at any time — including before withdrawals — and may freeze the account until verification is complete. Refusal to verify is grounds for termination and may forfeit pending withdrawals where required by AML rules.
- We may require you to verify your email and / or phone number before withdrawing. These requirements can be reviewed in Profile → Settings.
- You agree not to provide false or misleading information at registration, KYC, or in any support correspondence.
Deposits, withdrawals, and balances
- Deposits are credited once the payment processor confirms settlement. Pending deposits are visible in your cashier and are not playable until cleared.
- Withdrawals are paid out to a verified destination only. Routine reviews target completion in under four hours; large or atypical withdrawals may take longer for compliance review.
- Minimum and maximum deposit / withdrawal amounts are shown in the cashier and may change without prior notice.
- Withdrawals are subject to KYC, anti-fraud, and bonus-wagering checks. We may refuse a withdrawal where any of these gates fails and will surface the specific reason in the cashier.
- Cash balances are held with a regulated payment processor and are not interest-bearing. Inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may incur a monthly inactivity fee against the cash balance until the account is reactivated.
Bonuses and promotions
- Each bonus carries its own wagering multiplier, max bet, time window, and game eligibility — shown on the offer card and in Profile → Wallet.
- Bonuses are one-time-per-player unless explicitly marked otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus more than once via duplicate accounts, family accounts, or other circumvention voids the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
- Withdrawing while a bonus is active and unwagered is not permitted. You may forfeit the bonus to withdraw immediately — forfeit removes the bonus balance and any winnings tied to it.
- We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or end a promotion at any time without notice. Active bonuses already granted retain the snapshot terms under which they were issued.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following. We will close the account, void winnings, and report to law enforcement where required.
- Money laundering, structuring, or use of funds derived from illegal activity.
- Bonus abuse: collusion, multi-accounting, VPN circumvention of location gates, or any pattern of play designed to drain promotional liability.
- Cheating, exploiting game bugs, or using bots / unauthorised automation against the Service.
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or otherwise probing the Service except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
- Harassment of staff or other players via support channels.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurum7 disclaims all warranties (express or implied) including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every threat.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurum7's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of: (a) the cash balance held in your account at the time the liability arose, or (b) the amount you paid to Aurum7 in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the liability. We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, on instruction of a regulator, on suspicion of fraud or laundering, or where required by our payment processor or game-provider agreements. You may close your account at any time by contacting concierge@aurum.casino; we will pay out the cleared cash balance once KYC and AML checks complete. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, dispute clauses) will survive.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email at least seven days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aurum7 is licensed. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence. Where a binding arbitration clause is required by Aurum7's licence, the specific arbitration venue will be disclosed at the foot of the page in the next revision of these Terms.
